actually, this sounds like a great idea for a build, but it needs some adjusting. make sure that critical strikes is at 13 so seeping wound does -4 degen. definatley raise spear mastery to 12. take out critical eye and add caltrops or feigned neutrality and for the last skill use dark escape/dash. you dont need such high shadow arts, so lower that to 9-10. if its possible, take out caltrops/feigned neutrality and get some blocking skill in there like maybe critical defenses.
